返品・不良品・キャンセルについて：商品が届きましたら、商品に不備はないか、内容に間違いがないかをご確認ください。注文と異なる商品をお届けした場合、また商品が破損していた場合に限り、商品到着後5日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。状態確認後、当社における基準を満たさない商品については交換の対応をさせていただきます。この場合、返送にかかる送料は当社が負担するものとします。尚、加工や材料の特性により生じる個体差(木目や多少の大きさの違い・風合い)は、当社基準にて良品の範囲内とさせていただいております。お客様のご都合によるキャンセル、返品、交換は受け付けておりません。詳しくは返品特約に関する重要事項をご確認ください

商品の保証期間について：消耗品の為、保証期間は設けておりません。

下記の原因による商品の破損・また怪我や事故について当社では責任を負いかねます。
納品後の移動、輸送により生じた破損や故障 不適切な取り扱い、不注意により生じた破損や故障 製品の使用目的以外での使用、または改造などにより起こった破損や事故、経年による劣化・摩耗・変形・変色(日焼け、錆など)について当社では責任を負いかねます。破損や変形、変色等に関しましては、商品発送の際に同封しておりますギャランティーカードを保管していただきますと、修理・カスタム等お得にお受けすることができます。ない場合でも、修理・カスタムはお受けできますのでお気軽にメールまでご連絡ください。
怪我や事故については責任を負いかねます。細かい部品や破損による怪我・窒息など重大な事故に繋がる恐れがありますので、小学生未満の手の届く範囲に置かないようにご注意ください。貴金属のため、棘による怪我やアレルギーなどの恐れがあります。使用の際は十分ご注意ください。
